Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Banana

Pancakes

At home Brunch!

What you’ll Need:

  • 1 cup GF All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 TBS Flax Meal

  • 2 TSP Baking Powder

  • 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4 TSP Salt

  • 1 TSP Honey

  • 1 TSP Maple Syrup

  • 1 TSP Sugar

  • 1 TSP Vanilla

  • 2 TSP Cacao Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

  • (1 Cup) Coconut Milk (Add this last and can add more, if necessary, to make a pour-able consistency

Toppings:

  • Banana

  • Organic Powdered Sugar

  • 100% Organic Maple Syrup

Mix wet and dry ingredient separately, except milk.

Combine mixed wet and dry ingredients. Start by adding 1 cup of Coconut Milk, add more as needed to make consistency ‘pour-able’.

Add Ghee/oil to a medium-low heated griddle then poor.

Add Toppings & Enjoy!
