Gluten and Dairy Free Recipe
What you'll Need:
-1 Purple and 1 White Onion
-Cilantro (to preference, I do a handful)
-1.5 to 2 lbs of Flank Steak
-2 tbsp Avocado Oil
-1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
-1 tbsp Ginger
-1 tsp Chili Powder (I've been using this new one I found at Trader Joe's and I'm obsessed!)
-1 tbsp Chipotle Seasoning
-1 tbsp Onion Powder
-1 tbsp Salt & pepper
Put Steak in freezer prior to cutting for the freshest slices.
Generally when we cook, we cook in bulk for extra meals during the week. We eye ball ingredients, so season to your taste preferences!
Mix ingredients into a freezer bag and let marinate for 2 days in lime and spices before grilling!
Soak the wooden skewers in COLD water to prevent splintering.
Grill and rotate so all sides cook evenly. Grill until brown and at your preference, I like my steak "well done"!
